Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, page usage and how people find this resource. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information such as browser and device details and website interactions. We do not send inquiry or planning-tool entries to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Page URLs sent by our tag exclude query strings and fragments.

Quote requests and photos

When you submit the quote form, we send your name, email, city, window-count range, selected problems, historic-district answer, notes, consent and any photos you choose to the Tulsa Online Windows inquiry team. We use this information only to respond to your request, discuss your window project and arrange the measure. It is not sold. Photos travel as private email attachments, not a public gallery; resized photo copies are prepared in your browser. Resend delivers the email, Vercel processes the request, and Google reCAPTCHA checks submissions for abuse. To request deletion of your inquiry and photos, reply to our email. Your project information

The project planner runs in your browser. It does not send your answers to us or an installation partner. Downloaded briefs are files on your device; you decide whether and how to share them.

Optional saved plans

If you choose the planner's browser-saving option, your plan is stored in local storage on that browser. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see it. You can clear the saved plan in the tool or through your browser's site-data settings. Browser storage can be cleared by your browser; keep a downloaded copy if you need a durable record.

Hosting and external sites

Our hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not install advertising trackers. External source links lead to other sites with their own privacy practices.

What to leave out

You do not need to enter a name, phone number, email address or street address to use the planner. Avoid adding sensitive information to project notes, especially on a shared device.
